About the Role
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the highest executive authority within Al Hedayah Club, responsible for shaping the club’s strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable growth. This role requires a visionary leader capable of managing diverse functions, enhancing organizational performance, and representing the club with professionalism and integrity. The CEO will oversee financial planning, legal compliance, administrative operations, and stakeholder engagement while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the club’s strategic plans, operational goals, and long‑term vision.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and revenue‑growth initiatives. - Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
- Direct and mentor department heads, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Strengthen the club’s brand, public presence, and community engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and governing bodies.
- Implement policies, procedures, and performance standards that support operational excellence.
- Drive innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across all departments.
- Prepare executive reports and present progress updates to the Board of Directors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated experience in Executive Leadership roles.
- Holder of a relevant professional certification.
