About the Role
The Deputy Contractor supports the overall management of construction activities across multiple project sites in the Eastern Province. The role involves coordinating manpower, supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting the Project Manager in delivering work safely, on time, and within scope. This position is essential for maintaining workflow efficiency, resolving site issues, and ensuring alignment with Aramco construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily construction activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor project progress and report deviations to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with Aramco construction standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
- Support site inspections, audits, and documentation processes.
- Resolve on‑site issues and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Prepare daily reports, manpower logs, and progress updates.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience in construction, contracting, or oil & gas project environments.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
