About the Role
Helpers support daily construction and industrial operations by assisting skilled workers, transporting materials, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Their role is essential for ensuring smooth workflow, timely task completion, and overall site efficiency. Helpers work under the supervision of site foremen and contribute to maintaining safe and productive work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist scaffolders, technicians, and other skilled workers in daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment across the site.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas to prevent hazards.
- Support general construction activities such as mixing materials, preparing tools, and clearing debris.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage or delays.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or industrial environments preferred.
- Physically strong, hardworking, and able to perform manual labor under pressure.
- Basic understanding of site safety practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions accurately.
