About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative with strong experience in HVAC and MEP sales. If you excel at building client relationships, understanding project requirements, and converting opportunities into successful deals, this role is an excellent fit. You will join a dynamic team working on diverse projects while expanding your professional network across the industry.
This position is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and commercial aspects of HVAC systems and can confidently manage the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote HVAC solutions to consultants, contractors, and end users
- Identify new business opportunities through site visits, networking, and market research - Review project drawings and gather technical details required for pricing and estimation
- Prepare and present tailored proposals based on client needs
- Follow up on submitted quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor ongoing projects and maintain an updated sales pipeline
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and project progress
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, or technical sales
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems including DX units, VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, and ventilation systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driving license
- Existing client connections in the Eastern Province is an added advantage
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales and managing key accounts
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or sales tracking tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Confidence in presenting technical solutions to clients
