About the Role
The Reservation Supervisor will oversee the reservations team, ensure smooth booking operations, and maintain high service standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both staff and customer needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily reservation operations and ensure accuracy in bookings
- Train, guide, and support reservation agents
- Monitor reservation systems and ensure timely updates
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with sales, front office, and operations teams
- Prepare reservation reports and performance summaries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and manage team performance
