About the Role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure high‑performance sales operations. This role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment
